Prayer about traveling-related incidents in British Columbia

Heavenly Father, your Word tells us that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without you knowing it. That assures us that you know the exact locations of missing 19-year-old Kam McLeod and 18-year-old Bryer Schmegelsky. That also assures us that you saw what happened to Chynna Deese and Lucas Fowler when they were murdered last week. With both of these incidents happening in a place that normally feels secure for travelers, Canadians long for answers. So do the loved ones of Chynna and Lucas. Lord, please bring the truth to light. Please reveal Kam and Bryer’s whereabouts as quickly as possible. Please confirm who killed Chynna and Lucas—as well as why. We also would like to know the identity of the body found near Kam and Bryer’s truck, so the loved ones of that man may have closure, and so any link to the missing young men may be confirmed or eliminated. We know you love these young people even more than sparrows, so, again, we ask for truth to come to light. Finally, we pray that travelers will exercise common-sense caution and that British Columbia will not be negatively affected by these sad situations. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
