Heavenly Father, today we celebrate the reunion of Jane Daniels of Delft, South Africa, and her son,
Denzil, who had been missing for six years! We rejoice that police in the
neighboring country of Eswatini were able to make the connection with
Cape Town police that the man they found was the one who had been deemed dead
three years prior. It’s hard to imagine the joy of finding alive a son who had
been counted as lost forever. Yet we know you are in the business of bringing
new life! Please bring new life to this relationship as mother and son get
reacquainted. Bring healing to the mentally challenged Denzil from any negative
experiences that may have scarred him. Grant Ms. Delft peace and lasting joy as
she receives this overwhelming gift of her son and moves from grief to
celebration. We pray they will both draw near to you in this special new season
in their lives. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
